An integrated manufacturer-exporter rooted in chemistry and nature
EvoKem is an integrated manufacturer-exporter, active in manufacturing and exports of chemicals and speciality ingredients through three operating business divisions: EvoCastor (castor oil derivatives), EvoCos (food & personal care ingredients) and EvoTrade (trading of commodity chemicals).
EvoKem is part of the Evotek Group, established in 2023 by techno-commercials with deep connections in castor cultivation, processing and commercialization. It is a young, vibrant company combining enthusiasm and vigour with knowledge and expertise to serve a wide range of industry verticals.
Our people, processes, systems, contract manufacturing and strategic relationships with raw material suppliers and service providers all focus on satisfying one need — that every order is on time, accurate and complete. Multipurpose manufacturing built for diverse reaction chemistries
EvoKem has set up facilities for manufacturing second-generation castor oil derivatives. While castor oil and derivatives are sold to customers in domestic and export markets, part of production is used for toll manufacturing of chemistries like Ethoxylation, Saponification and Esterification — developing a diverse range of surfactants, cosmetic, fragrance and pharma intermediates.
This enables EvoKem to add value and supply speciality ingredients based on castor oil as well as other synergistic products from the same reaction chemistry, serving a diverse range of industries. The facility is a multipurpose plant capable of undertaking varied reaction chemistries.
Toll manufacturing set-up
Besides in-house production, EvoKem also takes up toll manufacturing / job-work arrangements with multiple sites across Gujarat, India, offering speciality chemicals and intermediates on a make-to-order basis.
Quality. Our state-of-the-art laboratory uses modern quality control methods and sophisticated instrumentation, backed by tie-ups with third-party inspection agencies for double-checks during packing, stuffing and despatch.
All equipment is duly calibrated to international standards, and test methods are accredited by NABL, India. At EvoKem, quality is a mindset — every production facility is ISO 9001 accredited and EHS compliant.
